Frequently Asked Questions

What services do you provide?

We offer residential design services. Based on the size and scope of your project, we provide a design concept for a new home or renovation, plans for jurisdictional approval, and construction documents for a contractor to build from. We can also advise on interior and exterior color palettes and materials.

What is your design process?

A creative design starts with a vision. We listen to the priorities you have for your project and develop a concept that we believe captures your vision. With your feedback, we then produce construction documents for you (or your contractor) to use. Along the way, we will present updates, changes or ideas to make sure the final design is aligned with your vision.

How do you structure your fees?

We work on an hourly basis throughout your project. Typically, we provide an estimate for each phase of our work based on the scope of your project and the needed services.

How do I get started?

We start with a discovery session. During this meeting, we review our process, your vision for the project, and your expectations for our services. We will followup with a proposal for services based on the scope and size of your project. Then we can get to work on your design.
